Warranty
We give a hassle free "30 day" warranty for all products. Check our complete warranty policy here.

Shipping
We ship all products UPS Ground. Shipping and handling cost is $5 for the first lock and $3 for every lock thereafter. If your shipment becomes delayed please call us for a tracking number at 1-503-663-2719.

Taxes
No sales tax is charged since we are located in Oregon which does not have a state sales tax.
